  • Manage and lead a team of planners and allocators to plan the most profitable, balanced, customer focused range which reflects the Brand strategy and showcases PUMA in the market place whilst ensuring the achievement of financial target KPIs.
  • Responsible for delivering targets on net sales, gross margin, gross profit, mark-down spent and terminal stock for Puma.com, several European key marketplaces and full price stores.
  • Responsible for delivering commercial strategy in pre-season range planning from top-down to bottom-up and OTB planning.
  • Direct and coach the team in assortment planning financials to maximize profit, sales, option productivity and option flow whilst optimizing inventory.
  • Responsible for in-season trading decisions and markdown strategy to ensure optimal stock levels and to protect gross margin targets.
  • Responsible for WSSI management and in-season OTB management.
  • Lead in- and pre-season KPI top line and divisional performance reviews with Buyers, Planners and Allocation team. Identify opportunities and risks, review with teams and implement action plan for current and future seasons.
  • Set up of optimum tools and processes to enable Buying, Planning and Allocation teams to deliver results and best practice.
