  • Returned to FARO as Inside Sales Specialist for UK and Ireland within the AEC industry.
  • The Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) is the commercial and administrative side of the Sales Process at FARO. Using various CRM platforms, the objective is to organise a demonstration between a lead and the Account Manager. The ISS will commence negotiations with the potential customer once a demonstration has been completed. With the ISS monitoring the order from Sales to Logistics, the role is part of what makes FARO successful. Forecasting, lead generation and creating quotations are examples of various responsibilities an ISS has.
  • Promoted to Team Lead for EMEA in February 2019. In this role I was responsible for developing team strategies to improve revenue, lead management process, organising sales activities and integration of Salesforce Lightning. The Team Leader position allowed me to demonstrate my leadership skills as well as acquiring new ones.
