Led the transfer and integration of Data Governance into the newly established "Data Governance & Analytics" unit.

Responsibilities and achievements included:

• Development and implementation of a new Data Governance Policy, end-to-end process framework, and a federated organizational model aligned with the Three Lines of Defense.
• Design of the metadata and data quality management architecture, including tool development.
• Implementation of a three-pillar approach for data lineage documentation varying in granularity according to management prioritization.
• Introduction of a new data quality reporting package as an addendum to the risk report, based on the newly established DQ issue management process and integrated data lineage.
• Group-wide rollout of the Data Governance Framework across all relevant business units.

• Responsible for Data Quality Management (Internal Controls, DQ-Reports, and DQIM)
• Automated the DQ-Reporting by building "Data Quality Pipelines" rooting Data Quality Errors using Jira, Python, and SQL

• Developed the concept for a new, value-driven Data Governance program, transitioning from a purely regulatory approach.
• Led the implementation of the group-wide metadata management tool (SCRUM based with 1-Release per month), including metadata model design and stakeholder alignment (including international subsidiaries).
• Designed the Data Quality process and defined core DQ dimensions.
• Drove change management efforts with a non-invasive integration of Data Governance into existing business processes.
• Established and managed a cross-functional data community.

• Development and conduction of agile Test Training Program (Basics, Test Analysis, Test Management)
• Coordination and further development of the Test Management Framework regarding CI/CD and SAFe

• Engineering of various process mining solutions for customers (Purchase-to-Pay, Logistics, Production, Customer Acquisition, Service Management and more)
