Led the transfer and integration of Data Governance into the newly established "Data Governance & Analytics" unit.

- Development and implementation of a new Data Governance Policy, end-to-end process framework, and a federated organizational model aligned with the Three Lines of Defense.
- Design of the metadata and data quality management architecture, including tool development.
- Implementation of a three-pillar approach for data lineage documentation varying in granularity according to management prioritization.
- Introduction of a new data quality reporting package as an addendum to the risk report, based on the newly established DQ issue management process and integrated data lineage.
- Group-wide rollout of the Data Governance Framework across all relevant business units.
