Ensure safe and efficient operation of systems and equipment in the guest services departments.

The responsibility for planned maintenance and repair of technical systems and equipment serving the guest services department. Must ensure the functioning of: water distribution system, sewage and gray water system, laundry, spa and galley machinery.

- Repair and maintenance work on technical equipment and systems in galleys, bars, pantries, spa area and laundries including trouble-shooting and elimination of defects in coordination with Electrician Officer Hotel as required.

- Independent works for assigned duties as required by the Facility Manager.

- Stand-by duties as required.

- Correct and regular management of the existing planned maintenance system.

- Responsible for managing spare parts inventory and ensuring efficient stock control

- Test and checks of equipment as required by HESS and USPH.

- Supervision and help the plumbers to checking all sewage plants (toilet, vacuum system, treatment plant and relevant tanks), fresh water distribution system and gray water system. Evaluating possible solutions to solve further problems immediately, and checking and keeping under control consumable material and reporting to Facility Manager if necessary about some missing items.

- Repair and maintenance work on technical equipment and systems in galleys, bars, pantries, spa area and laundries including trouble-shooting and elimination of defects (mechanical,electrical and electronic point of view)

- Correct and regular management of the existing planned maintenance system

- Check of delivered spare parts.

- Test and checks of equipment as required by HESS and USPH.
