- Manage the program that launched Zalando´s ZFS (Zalando Fulfillment Solutions) service into new markets: created the program road map, communication plan, roll out plan and on-boarding material necessary for each market and manage the wide range of internal stakeholders involved in it.
- Collaborate with the internal customs, pricing and market departments to document the regulations and limitations that each new market imposes and find ways to accommodate them in order to be able to launch the service.
- Manage one of the sub-programs of the Multi Channel Fulfillment program that aimed to bring Zalando to the next level by making its fulfillment capabilities available to merchants for orders received via any e commerce sales channel.

Managed the full life cycle of several IT projects:
- Implementation of a centralized data management hub by using the Outsystems low code technology to the benefit of all 21 member firms
- Development of multiple connected websites for the CMS strategic streams (CMS Global Intranet, Central Suppliers Database and several mobile apps)
- Implementation of the JIRA Cloud Service Desk, Project Management and Confluence products including custom configurations and workflows
Led a team of 2 Jr. project managers mentoring them in their PM paths, while fulfilling the strategic objectives of the department in the area of Project Management.
Created the project management framework for the IT & Digital team,consistent with the PMI methodology and drove its adoption inside the team
- Gather UI requirements for the bank’s content management systems used by 20,000 users worldwide, streamline business processes, define user stories, coordinate UAT.
