The Infantry Team Leader is a key leadership position in the U.S. Army's infantry units. This individual is responsible for leading and managing a small unit, typically consisting of 4 to 10 soldiers, and ensuring the team is mission-ready and capable of carrying out complex operations. The Infantry Team Leader directly supervises, trains, and mentors subordinates, ensuring their development in both tactical and technical skills.

• Leadership & Supervision : Directly lead a fire team or squad of infantry soldiers, ensuring effective teamwork and mission success.
  Provide clear guidance and leadership, promoting discipline, responsibility, and initiative among team members.
  Supervise daily training activities to ensure soldiers' readiness in physical fitness, weapon proficiency, and tactical skills.
  
• Mission Planning & Execution: Assist in planning and executing complex military operations, including offensive, defensive, and stability operations.
  Ensure the effective employment of team members during missions, ensuring safety, tactical effectiveness, and adherence to Army protocols.
  Work closely with squad leaders and platoon leaders to integrate the team into larger operational plans.
  knowledgeable in the use of a variety of weapons systems, including rifles, machine guns, and anti-tank weapons.
  Ensure team members are proficient in field craft such as camouflage, concealment, land navigation, and basic first aid.
  
• Equipment Maintenance & Accountability :Oversee the maintenance, accountability, and proper use of all assigned equipment, including weapons, vehicles, and communication systems.
  Ensure equipment is mission-ready, conducting regular inspections and ensuring proper care and storage.
  
• Combat Readiness :Maintain high levels of physical fitness and combat readiness for all team members, ensuring the team can deploy rapidly and effectively when required.
  Ensure the team is capable of performing under stress, both in combat scenarios and in training environments.
  
• Tactical Communication :Communicate effectively with higher command levels to receive mission orders, relay updates, and provide feedback on team performance.
  Utilize radios, signal equipment, and other communication systems to coordinate actions with other units during operations.
  
• Safety & Risk Management :Ensure the safety of the team during all training and operational activities, enforcing safety procedures and conducting risk assessments.
  Ensure team members are properly trained in combat first aid and emergency response procedures.
  
• After Action Reviews (AARs) :Lead and participate in After Action Reviews to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement following missions or training exercises.
  Implement corrective actions based on AAR findings to ensure continuous improvement in team readiness and effectiveness.
  

The Warehouse Product Picker is responsible for accurately picking products from storage locations and preparing them for shipping or delivery. This role involves following order specifications, using various equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and ensuring the correct products are selected, packed, and ready for dispatch. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment are essential in this role.

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move materials and products within the warehouse, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and minimizing risk of injury or damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, consistently meeting daily production targets with high accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring items are handled properly and placed in designated storage areas.
• Collaborated with team members to meet daily productivity goals and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Improved warehouse efficiency by streamlining inbound and outbound processes.
