- Negotiating and securing the best possible lead-times with suppliers oriented to meet the deadlines of our customers. Mostly, dealing with extremely urgent and ad hoc demands for already grounded aircrafts that require reparation
- Several weekly progress reports to the customers, providing the status of the parts in production/identifying risks beforetime and offering alternative service solutions
- Clarification of issues within the full order process, coordinating and taking actions to solve them while informing the customer propperly and timely.
- Analysis of KPIs (delays on deliveries, claims, blocked payments, missing delivery dates)
- Improvement of ordering processes regarding logistic centers and Zodiac
- Project: Ordering, follow up and escalation of parts in the scope of the A380 Pax Doors project for ADAT and Sabena Technics
- Project: Focal point for the AOG ordering - A350 EIS Watchtower program (customer Qatar Airways)
