Assisted a student in improving her grades by offering personalized learning strategies tailored to individual needs. I have done that for a friend of mine to upgrade her math grade. As a bonus, I used personally written cards with an implemented reward system if she actively tried to be part of her math lessons and gave correct answers. So that her motivation became a kind of discipline.
