  • Responsible for developing and initiating execution of mid- to long-range plans and executes and or coordinates plans for the Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS) program.
  • Liaison between U.S. Government (USG) counterparts and customers at battalion level to monitor and assist with all site/project operations planning as well as to determine implications for contractor operations within the mid- to long-range planning horizon.
  • Provides mission-essential contract data-requirements list (CDRL) reports to the U.S. Army customer as well as generating other logistic, maintenance, or supply related reports, charts, graphs, data calls, as required.
  • Assists in the development of warning and operations orders as contingency-operation plans in support of APS operations. Design drafts and delivers supporting documents, assessment of research documents, staff estimates and analysis of mission requirements, to include pre-deployment site surveys (PDSSs) or other events to determine site capabilities, additional equipment requirements, real-estate requirements, and leased vehicle needs.
  • Regulate supply/readiness data integrity and validate data entry in GCSS-A.

  • Reported, tracked and regulated statuses of Army issues Communications systems received from ASC supporting elements. These reports resulted in the continuation of operations of the European Activity Support Mannheim and later transformed to becoming the Army Prepositioned Stock 2.
