Spent the last year overseas in Germany. I will be returning to the US on February 8th 2023.

Responsible for all maintenance on property. Plumbing, electrical, drywall, irrigation, painting, carpentry. Maintenance budgeting, inventory control, and yearly inspections from RD, HUD and ADA.

Serviced approximately 30 pools a week. Covered all aspects of pool cleaning, chemicals, equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.

RSR supervisor. Problem Solver.

Shipping, receiving, stowing, picking. Forklift, Reach, Order Picker certified.

In charge of all material testing and inspections on job site. Supervised all work done to assure City, State and Federal guidelines were met.

Nuclear gauge, Sand Cone, One Point, Slump and cylinder testing. Blueprint reading.

In charge of QC on 100 miles of new rail for UPRR from clearing and grubbing to ballast.

In charge of new Port of entry (San Luis) and twenty miles of roadway connector.

Was ATTI Field, ACI Field/Lab Certified

In charge of two service crews. Approx. 20-25 employees covering twenty plus residential job sites.

Repair all construction issues pertaining to concrete work.

Scheduling and sourcing all work done. Training all new hires.
