Responsibility: -

• Ensure product designs are optimized for testability and manufacturability, enhancing overall production efficiency and quality.
• Drive simultaneous engineering efforts to reduce new product development times and align production with development teams.
• Analyze and improve technical manufacturing and logistics processes, proposing site or unit-level improvement projects.

• Developed and successfully deployed a ROBOT MIG welding setup for the 8DJH ST product, validated by Test Laboratory Siemens Frankfurt and ERDA India.
• Achieved Basic Most Data Card Reader certification from UMAS, a prominent industrial engineering consulting firm.
• Increased productivity by 20% through the strategic implementation of Kaizen workshops.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 by DNV-GL, and Internal Auditor for Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 by TUV SUD.
• Automated the Contact Blade Assembly and Testing line, incorporating advanced technologies such as a 6-axis robot, SCARA robot, vibratory feeders, grease dispensing, riveting, and dimension measurement systems.

Advices on product design with regards to product manufacturability. Creates manufacturing solutions incl Environment, coordinates product ramp up and drives continuous improvement topics.

Responsibility:-

• Introduction of new product to production line, define processes, measure process time, and document processes
• Design and provide all fixtures and tools to the product group
• Establish and maintain KANBAN between stores and production lines - Apply statistical methods of Work & Time measurement and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards - To improve process on existing product lines & implement new techniques
• Identify areas / process requiring improvements in productivity, delivery within quality and costs - Create, modify, check & release assembly/manufacturing/fabrication drawings
• To define & implement Workplace layout & group layout.

Achievement:-

• Member in the transfer project of Emotion Duo & Emotion 6 for refurbishing at Goa works
• Worked on the prototyping assembly of Multix FOCUS, Multix CLASSIC DR, G2 RAD table vertical lift h Winner of the 3rd Quarter award in FY12-13, for optimizing the refurbishment process with a shorter throughput time
• Best Employee Award in Supply chain management - 3 in FY10-11.

Position Headline:-

Contributes to completion of products and machines assemblies by performing a sequence of predefined, specialized and different assembly operations, which includes testing and problem analysis, in cooperation with a team of differently qualified assembly technicians.

Responsibility:-

• Planning and analyzing the faults of the components sent back by the customer for analysis, these components consists of mechanical, electrical and electronic assembly of the x-ray machines
• Updating and maintaining the department documentation through execution of change management for refurbishing of x-ray machines, CT & Mammomat 3000 as per the overall required quality management system
• Handling of customer complaints of refurbished products
• Monitor actions to ensure Quality, ESD and Safety requirements, review reports of repetitive faults & improvements & suggest improvement actions
• Responsible for manufacturing & in-process inspection of x-ray products manufactured on shop at various stages based on inputs i.e
• Products / process specifications, quality standards etc
• IN ORDER TO meet required process & product quality
• Co-ordinate with all concerned departments such as PLM, QM, Source, Enable for all quality issues on shop
• To ensure the calibrated equipment's are used in the manufacturing line.

Position Headline:-

Production of Continuous cast copper rod of 8mm diameter based on Essex Concast technology by Process i.e. Furnace, Casting, Hot Roll Milling & Coiling.

Responsibility:-

• Maintaining "History Book" of systems & procedures for smooth functioning of furnaces by creating Microsoft Office Access Database
• Team Member of Six Sigma project (Project name: - 'Reduction in LPG Consumption').
