• Responsible for the implementation of the CRM system globally. Ensure the right product selection, conducted interviews with all relevant business functions to prepare requirements. Coordinated with the solution team to prepare project timelines, deliverables, and project KPIs. Ensure the smooth implementation of the solution. Conducted multiple workshops and reported to C-levels.

Responsible for BAU issues and smooth business operations. Coordinate solution delivery from onsite. Approve all release cycles, and create new functional specs for change management. Resolution of critical and complex issues. Additional responsibilities included mining new opportunities within the account.

• Responsible for building new solution templates for secondary sales in multiple markets by using templates from existing markets. Being a subject matter expert to provide solution approvals to the solution leads of different project leads. Ensure no solution impacts the existing live countries. Provide expertise in the SAP SD area to functional consultants. Approve new releases, solution design documents, simulation results, and testing.

• Responsible for the solution design of the existing DMS and CRM system for new markets. Conducted and led fit-gap workshops, documented changes as per the different processes in the region. Implemented the solution for the pilot distributor and ensured that the template can be rolled out to the entire region without major changes.

• Responsible for implementing multiple functional processes in SAP ISR. Responsible for Order to Cash processes. End-to-end implementation of the DMS system integrated with CRM and IQ systems. Created design and functional specifications, configured the SAP system, tested, and trained key users. Coordinated from onsite to offshore for all relevant deliveries for the project.

• Responsible for L1 SAP support for multiple clients across the globe. Convert email issues in the service tool and assign them to the right team. Solving L1 issues like password resets, user unlocks, number ranges, financial period closing, etc. Coordinate with key business users and the L2 support team for quality resolutions.

• Responsible for quotation and order processing from Salesforce to SAP ERP. Deal negotiation and coordination with the logistics team for delivery. Preparing key process documentation and training for the other team members.
