Growing up I never knew what to do! I received the opportunity to start working as a timed operator in a plastic molding brand. This was my „key moment“. I knew right from the bat, this „work“ is what I want to do, that’s where I am good at!

I absorbed everything like a sponge to be able to start working on machines, tools, processes etc. in doing so I was able to differentiate between good advises and bad ones.

Given time I was able to support on various machine, if they had errors or any other circumstances, during shifts. Soon after I was giving the chance to become part of a team which was handling new incoming parts, machines and tools for a new car project.

I was able to pmlement new ideas and processes and was responsible for a complete program. In this I needed to set processes, controlling tasks, safety installments and a lot of other topics. I needed to discuss technical changes to different machines and tools to establish a good product.

This was more or less the highest position I could get without having learned a „real“ profession.

This is why I decided to do my „staatlich geprüfter Techniker“ beside my work and have something which grants me access to apply to higher ranking jobs.

In 2019 I finalized this with a grading of 1.9, a grading I never had before - key moment and now I know what I want to do and what I am good at.

You throw a problem at me, I will solve it, communicate it to others to support me solve it. As a team, I strongly believe, we can accomplish everything.
