Accomplishments
My journey as Supervisor/Manager start at 2020 when "WE" as DHL Supply Chain , implement a new customer on our side "Cisco" , it was very bumpy road and pass thought a lot of challenges , the hardest part is to make operation work when a new customer come , many requirements , deadlines, KPI to follow up.
Unknown system issues , human resource planning , checking productivity , basis safety and quality rules etc...
Since then we won a multiple global awards as a side , we've become the most profitable Warehouse at Benelux , Customer give us a score of 8,8/10 score as Supply Chain.
I develop my leading skills , and increased my knowledge regarding people managing significantly.
I've completed multiple Supervisor modules and courses trying to become the best version of me.
