- Attend Weekly Quality Tool Box meeting with quality staff resolve the technical quality issues
- Execute daily work as per Inspection Test Plan (ITP) along with construction team
- Prepare & Review WPS/PQR/WPQ, Weld Map, Checklist, NDT PERSONAL DETAIL procedures, hydro test & pneumatic test procedures and all related documentations
- Incoming material inspection as per ASME Sec II-part A, IS2062 & Consumables as per ASME Sec II-part C also referred QAP/ITP/PO and review test certificates
- Pressure Vessels, storage tanks, Duct, Chimney etc
- In process inspection as per drawings & QAP/ITP like plate cutting marking check, rolled section diameter check, nozzle & manhole marking & cutting check, dish end dimensional check as per template, fit-up & welding check, RF pad pneumatic testing, hydro & pressure testing, painting check for MS parts or tanks, Final dimensional check, roughness testing (RA Value), Final Cleaning & Packing Check before dispatch etc
- Piperack Structure, Packing Hall Structure, Canopy Structure & Slurry Area Structure etc
- In process inspection as per drawings & QAP/ITP like plate cutting marking check, fit-up & welding check, blasting profile check, painting DFT value check, painting damages rectification during handling or materials etc

- Inspection during pre-welding, in process and post welding and ensuring work carried as per procedures and the standards are met
- Checking pre-heat, inter-pass temperature, post-heat and verification of weld parameters and consumables during welding
- Visual inspection of welding joints and ensure its free from defects
- Ensure Piping fabrication & installation as per GA/P&ID/ ASME B31.3, preparation of documents like fit-up, welding & as built drawings
- Piping Spool hydro testing as per required pressure & certification spools from client
- Radiography film interpretation and action against relevant defects
- Monitoring and recording the environmental conditions during blasting & painting applications, after blasting check profile of blasting material by profile gauge
- During painting check dry bulb temp., wet bulb temp
- Humidity, environmental conditions
- After painting check DFT values by DFT meter also do pull-off test or cross-cut test
- Review and prepare blasting & painting reports
- Ensure structural members alignment & plumbness, fastener's torqueing as per requirements and painting damage rectification
- Preparation of structural alignment & checklist reports also all reports certification from client
- Responsible for the raising non-conformance, action against NCR then closure of Non-conformance
- Attend regular meetings with clients and consultants and update progress of project
- Familiar with codes and standards like ASME Sec
- II, V, VIII, IX, B16.5, B16.9, B16.11, B16.20, B16.21 API 650 IS 2062, IS 808, IS 1852, IS 12778, IS 12779, IS 800
