As a Senior Data Analyst at Sonova, I lead the Pricing Performance Management Project, leveraging advanced analytics skills to drive strategic decision-making. My role encompasses:

• Conducting comprehensive statistical analyses
• Crafting insightful PowerBI reports
• Leading monthly meetings with Sonova's country teams to disseminate business insights
• Presenting key findings at global town halls
• Effectively communicating complex data-driven narratives to diverse stakeholders
• Managing a team of 3 data analysts to serve the needs of the stakeholders of Sonova and beyond

Accountable for ML/Data Science needs of Arcelik mainly for location analysis, store performance management and sales excellence.

Major responsibilities:

• Design of analytics roadmap, execution strategy and high-level business/IT requirements
• Developing and incorporating various machine learning models & data sources and aligning them with business goals to effectively support decision making
• Actively helping retail analysis and sales excellence department in finding sales insights, data management, process improvement, automation, visualization, data and business analysis, data-driven decision making
• Mentoring junior and senior staff and guiding them in terms of data utilization
  

• Playing an active role in the Akinon's strategies and decisions (market search, risk analysis, cost reduction, employee performance)
• Analyzing business processes and requirements, consequently design and implement BI solutions
• Working with relevant departments to implement new designed models & solutions to gather better information
• Creating effective, interactive visualizations by using data visualization tools
• Overseeing and supporting the learning and development of junior analysts
  

• Making in-depth analyses of the customer behavior across multiple device categories
• Supporting data processes - provide the team with ad-hoc analysis, A/B tests, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools so that everyone gets a good sense of the state of the business
• Developing analytical understanding for what drives growth, spotting growth opportunities for the product and how it can be improved

• Performing advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can be used to improve business performance.
• Developing predictive models for acquisition and portfolio management strategies
• Close monitoring of models used in credit life cycle from acquisition to account management
• Responsible for high level reporting for Credits regarding Akbank’s retail acquisition strategies and credit portfolios to be submitted to the senior management
• Working as main responsible for “Credits’ Data Visualization Project” via QlikSense
