Responsibilities within Workday implementation project: (July 2019 – December 2020)

  • Mainly responsible for the conception, gap analysis, mapping of the business processes from Workday to SAP and realization in the SAP system through integration tool.
  • Integration of the business processes based on the SOAP XML protocol which includes the creation of the numerous external fields and mapping the external to XML path in Workday.
  • Analyzing and configuring the fix value to a process thereby reducing the efforts to map each value.

Responsibilities within Global HR Master data through HR Renewal E2E implementation project: (October 2017 – December 2018)

  • The project is to establish a central HR master data system for all the employee in all locations.
  • The project objective was achieved through establishing a new web UI for the HR Managers worldwide to maintain HR employee master data.
  • Involved in the conception of the new web user interface, HR processes to be released to the HR managers and the conception of several HR processes in UI and in SAP.
  • Configuration of several HR Processes through FPM forms and customization of UI classes, as per the conception.
  • Training the end users through various mediums - online course, online sessions, training videos and documents.


Responsibilities within Roll out of the Fiori Apps: (August 2017 – June 2018)

  • Project was to publish HR Fiori Apps for submitting attendances, requesting absences (My leave requests) and to display the time sheets (My Time Events) through Fiori App.
  • Implementation was completed through three-tier system architecture.
  • Responsibility was to configure the fiori apps customization in HR system.
  • Training the end users through various mediums - online course, online sessions, training videos and documents.


Responsibilities within several roll out carve-in and carve-out projects (Germany and international location (July 2014 - December 2020)

  • Implementation of the new company code including the customization of various SAP HR modules - PA, PY, Benefits, TM and integration of the new company to Concur.
