Fiori apps customizing in backend system, customization in NetWeaver gateway system, creating/updating business role following company’s own authorization concept. Planning and implementation of the regular and On-Demand upgrade of HR support package and coordinating testing with the business. Working experience with service now ticket management tool, JIRA and genius project management software.
