• Construction of 3-storeyed administrative building with a total area of 16,000 m2 in Alat Free Economic Zone (Azerbaijan) under design and build contract from scratch to Category B fit-out within 14 months -completed
• Design and construction of a large residential complex Khazri Residence in Sumgayit city (Azerbaijan) consisting of three 5-storeyed, four 7-storeyed and two 12-storeyed buildings comprising white box finish 446 apartments with a total area of 86,000 m2 including infrastructure, landscape architecture and adjacent sea beach - completed
• Renovation of an oriental style trade center Sharg Bazari in Baku city with a total area of 12,000 m2 – completed
• Design and construction of a 2-storeyed mall (Zefir Mall) in Baku city with a total area of 6630 m2 – completed
• Construction of a 4 star 12-storeyed hotel (Hilton Garden Inn) in Baku city consisting of 157 rooms with a total area of 10,000 m2 – ongoing (60% completed)
• Reconstruction of a 18-storeyed business center with a total area of 24,387 m2 including 15,530 m2 GLA – ongoing (70% completed) and adjacent 9-storeyed car parking area (for 172 cars) – completed
• Mentored and coached a team of 11 procurement staff members
• Provided support to the procurement team in day-to-day activities and resolved challenging issues escalated by the team

• Ran tenders including preparing RFPs, organizing pre-bid meetings, engaging in commercial terms negotiations, debriefing of unsuccessful bidders

• Was responsible for the portfolio of purchasing commodities including materials, equipment and services under Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli and Shah Deniz projects
• Identified, selected both local and overseas vendors and had them approved by the company management against the best possible legal and commercial conditions, meeting the needs of the company with respect to company’s requirements leading to purchases within the timeframe set, satisfied customers and savings
• Developed, maintained and managed relationships with vendors at all organizational levels
• Obtained quotations based on RFQs, made price comparisons, negotiated and agreed the best possible pricing and terms with the vendors confirmed by contracts
