Planning and control over the implementation of the commercial annual budget (income / expenses).

Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth;
Conduct market research, analysis and audit to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (budget expansion, business development etc.);
Understand the requirements of existing clients/tenants to ensure their needs are being solve;
Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
Managing and market developing with main clients (Dragon Capital, London & Regional Properties, Ghelamco, GLD, AMSTAR, Secure Properties, Cube Capital Group, AMTEL etc.);
Dealing with key market developers and hugest tenants of logistic and office properties;
Sale of various company services (lease space, purchase deals, facility and properties managing, valuation and research analysis);
Investment research for TOP clients on purchase transactions (ROI, NOI and yields calculation, preliminary valuation and DD analysis);
Provide on-going coaching, mentoring and other development opportunities for agents / staff;
Engaging parties for BTS (built-to-suit) projects and participation in coordination BTS projects (law, accountants, surveyors, local authority, etc.);
Reports to Managing Director, DTZ Ukraine and Senior Director, industrial and logistic EMEA, DTZ London (Cushman & Wakefield).
