• Establishing Project Management frameworks through Agile & hybrid-Agile playbooks for governance of multi geographical co- manufacture's operations.

• Stakeholder & shareholder communication management through Steering committee governance models for monitoring & control of projects its dependencies & Risk probability & impact modeling ensuring business continuity.
• Develop & deploy strategic initiatives for Quote-To-Cash cycle for assigned European region accounts and P&L accountability for its transferred projects
• Board, Management & Sponsor directives representative to Plan, Execute, Monitor & Control high value & strategic product line transfers.
• MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:
• 11 Aerospace product line & Technology transfers successfully transitioned from Europe to India through a series of value-generation engagement with European Aerospace Majors along with OEM approvals.
• Identified, developed and led a Cross-functional Team of 16 specialists, 97 technicians and grew an existing project of under $500K to $26 MN annual account at a CAGR of 43%.
• Project Managed, largest Europe to India manufacturing line transfer for the organization which included the commissioning of 13 heavy load equipment, concurrent engineering & OEM Quality certifications approval, 102 First Articles, rate ramp-ups and stable serial production hand overs.
