AI- Peacegaming
01.2023 - Current
  • Lead the design of different pilot initatives that explored ways to include AI in peacebuilding beyond a tool that enhances office taks. Special focus here has been how AI can be made effective in addressing systemic inequalities in conflict settings.
  • Peacebuilding, National Reconciliation, AI – Somalia (2024): Led an AI-supported Peacegame to evaluate and refine Somalia’s National Reconciliation Framework, focusing on ensuring equal participation for marginalized groups in the reconciliation process.
  • Peacebuilding, Mediation, AI – EU (2023): Facilitated AI-powered Peacegames for high-level policymakers to explore new peacebuilding frameworks, focusing on social justice and inclusivity in conflict resolution.

African Regional Climate Help (ARCH)

  • Directed a project empowering youth-led organizations (YLOs) in Egypt and Sudan to advocate for climate justice and engage in local project work, through small-scale grantmaking (up to 5.000 € per initiative) with a strong focus on including underrepresented communities in climate policy discussions.
  • Facilitated capacity-building workshops for local and regional stakeholders, strengthening community-led efforts in addressing environmental challenges that disproportionately affect marginalized populations.

African UN Youth Delegates
01.2021 - Current
  • Led a training program for youth from East Africa to represent their communities at the UN, advocating for youth peace and security, as well as policies that address systemic inequalities.
  • Focused on empowering young people to create and present their own policy demands, particularly regarding youth participation in political and social processes, which have been historically marginalized in decision-making at national and international levels.

Lobbywork for new funding law
01.2020 - Current
  • Initiatg a iniative to reform the German funding law (focus on Auslandsförderung), bringing together several NGO’s. Several meetings with representatives of GFFO and Bundestag.
  • Resulted in a reform of Funding Guidelines of the GFFO

  • Building CRISP from scratch. Designing Programs, building networks, raising funds, creating a team, and ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Lead CRISP, overseeing a diverse team of 15 and managing a portfolio of projects aimed at promoting social justice and addressing inequalities in Europe, MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America.

  • Spearheaded multiple initiatives designed to address social inequality, including projects aimed at empowering youth in conflict-affected areas and promoting policy changes that support equal rights and opportunities for all.
