- Combination between bachelor program at Hof University of Applied Sciences, theoretical training program at Berufsschule Hof, and practical training periods at IREKS GmbH
- Working in many different departments such as marketing, sales, logistics, human resources, purchasing, etc.
- Development and implementation of an advanced reporting scheme for the sales team, including visit scheduling and KPI analysis from scratch
- Establishment of a complete end-to-end process for import and analysis of key distributor data
