Worked on a proof of concept project for Microsoft Limited to automate the labor-intensive work of various checks that were performed by business users to approve purchase orders. I was responsible for the development and testing of submodules using C# after understanding all validations performed using the checklist provided by the buying department. I was also working here on the Agile methodology for performing my testing using Visual Studio.

Provided administrative services for a SharePoint-based collaborative account planning (CAP) tool used by Microsoft employees that was used to store various documents related to their customers and partner accounts. CAP provides a single location for all documents that are related to individual customer and partner accounts. I was also responsible for the migration of all data from version 2010 to 2013 and providing configuration assistance to the development team during the migration. I was also responsible for creating unit test cases that were used by the testing team to test and evaluate changes that were made for the business.

Provided L3 support in data maintenance for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application by amending the new device taxonomy into various different entities of the CRM application. I was responsible for providing the root cause analysis of any issues that occur in the usage of such entities by the users. I was also responsible for maintaining corporate sales, direct sales, and partner sales tenants.
