  • Manage the P0 projects globally for all SENSE sites, with 15 P0 PMs in 9 sites => Successfully managed complex industrial transfers between SENSE sites
  • Improve PL profitability through cost reductions - material, direct labor, overhead, transport & logistics, scrap & warranty globally at all SENSE sites with nine P-30 Managers => 33.5 M€ annaulized savings achieved until August for 2025
  • Review key productivities at the PL level, and support teams to define the best implementation strategy
  • Assess the applicability of ideas transversally at other sites in order to optimize validation and globalize project efforts
  • Conduct workshops at the sites and with suppliers to improve the PL savings portfolio. Cost reduction ideas need to include all areas: material, direct labor, packaging, transportation, etc.
  • Continuously monitor the top 10 productivities at the sites for the PG, and a global portfolio, identifying the actions that result in savings greater than 50k euros per year
  • Prepare and organize the PL P-30 Steering Committee to remove roadblocks on key projects to meet project milestones
  • Benchmark the products and best industrial practices permanently, and deploy them to all sites
  • Coach and guide the project managers to organize cost-improvement workshops, with a focus on the top worst projects at each site
  • Build cost down roadmaps for the key programs at PL/Platform/Site level
