I held the role of Supervisor at a seasonal farm in England, where I orchestrated the harmonious collaboration of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Leading the packing operations for fruits, our shared mission was to ensure efficiency and precision. Engaging with people from various countries, I cultivated an inclusive and collaborative work environment amidst the seasonal nature of our tasks. During the summer season, I worked at a travel agency specializing in creating memorable experiences, such as boat trips on Lake Issyk-Kul. Interacting with tourists from around the world, organizing personalized excursions, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements were at the core of my responsibilities. This extensive seasonal experience deepened my cultural knowledge and expanded my interpersonal skills, creating a rich tapestry of shared global experiences.
