Concentrix had a huge social media platform as it's client that I'm not permitted to disclose who it was since I have signed an NDA but my role there included the following:

• Demonstrated empathy in handling difficult situations, fostering trust and loyalty among customers.
• Effectively managed escalations from dissatisfied customers, working closely with management to ensure timely resolutions that maintained brand reputation.
• Helped large volume of customers every day with positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated high attention to detail, organization and management of multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

My Job revolved around helping our clients to choose the best shipping option for their products across Europe and Asia including and not limited to:

• Minimized client costs by identifying the most efficient and economical shipping options.
• Built and maintained strong client relationships through expert guidance and support.
• Managed the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial consultation to final delivery.

Technical side of my job there revolved about:

• Maintaining the computers and making sure all the operating system's are up to date with the latest security patches. in the financial department of the company.
• Maintaining the scanners and printers plus all the necessary equipment that the department needed.
• My biggest project was linking the accounting system that we had in Lebanon to the main Company in Syria securely.

The customer service side revolved around managing customers shipments and payments and ensuring both delivery quality and speed were up to their expectations guaranteeing their return to our services.

I was learning hardware repairs for both mobile and computer devices as well as working the counter which included managing stock and interacting with customers where I learned to understand customers needs so I can sell the right device/software/accessories ensuring both their satisfaction and return to our store.
