1- Network Design and Implementation

• Plan, design, and implement secure and scalable network solutions (LAN/WAN, VPN, GRE, VRF, wireless networks, etc.) with strong collaboration with Firewall/Security team.
• Plan and oversee network upgrades, expansions, and migrations.

2- Network Configuration and Maintenance

• Configure network devices (Juniper, Aruba OS-CX, Aruba OS-S)
• Manage VLANs, IP addressing, subnets, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.).

3- Troubleshooting and Support

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for complex network-related incidents.

4- Network Monitoring and Optimization

• Use tools like Checkmk, LibreNMS, Zabbix and CACTI to monitor network performance and statistics.

5- Documentation and Reporting

• Create and maintain network diagrams, configurations, and technical documentation.

6- DDoS Mitigation and Management

• Notify stakeholders, management, and relevant teams in timely manner during and after attacks, providing updates and post-incident analysis.

Internet network support to provide corporate clients with the most reliable solutions.

• Monitoring Network, Servers, Sites power, Backbone Links and applications with SNMP based software (MRTG, PRTG , CACTI, PMS, WhatsUp gold)
• Troubleshooting customer services on core equipment Cisco devices
• Deal with things such as DDoS Attacks, power outages and routing black-holes

Provides technical assistance to residential DSL customers

• Configuration of client’s equipment to connect Internet via modem/DSL Router, as well as WLAN routers, Repeaters, AP-clients etc.
