Experimental Physics Assistant | Opto-Mechanical Setup & Hardware Characterization for Ion Trap Experiment

• Assisted in setting up 3 Double Pass Acousto-Optic Modulator (AOM) system for laser delivery to the ion trap experiment, following a predefined plan from the project’s postdoc.
• Supported the characterization of 3 SINARA hardware electronics using Python programming with the ARTIQ library.
• Managed the ordering of optics from regular suppliers to ensure experimental setup requirements were met.

Designed and managed the experimental quantum optics group's webpage using WordPress. Focused on content creation, including adding publications and other relevant information to the site.

Teaching Assistant

• Assisted in the launch and delivery of a new course on QC Programming, covering topics such as classical vs. quantum computing, quantum gates, qubits, quantum algorithms, and quantum programming with Qiskit.
• Created and designed exercises, including problem sets and programming challenges, to help students understand key quantum computing concepts and algorithms.
• Provided solutions to exercises and guided students in troubleshooting and refining their code using Qiskit. Reviewed and corrected student submissions, ensuring accuracy and clarity in their work.
