Project 1 - E2E Manufacturing Network Optimization

• Building E2E Manufacturing Network models and running what-if Scenarios to assess impact of changes in demand, surge, uptime (performance, taxation, machinery, network design).
• Visualization of proposed changes vs. status quo by integration of optimizer with Power BI Dashboards - development & maintenance.

Project 2 - Warehousing & Logistics Optimization

• Gathering client requirements and brainstorming project road maps on digital transformation of supply chain.
• evaluated scenarios like Supplier Lead Time Variations, Changes in Transportation Routes, Expansion to New Markets.

• Worked on inventory optimization in discrete manufacturing scenario - established time-series forecasting models for order forecasting and increased forecasting accuracy by 42%
