• Hired to restructure and rethink community management and work on fundraising.
• Involved in defining fundraising strategy, identified suitable funding programmes and wrote funding applications bringing in more than 200.000€ to the organization.
• Formed partnerships with 10+ organizations making a broad and holistic set of services available to the GSBTB Community.
• Started the "Sprechstunde" Project to help the GSBTB Community with diverse challenges and problems, assisting them in job applications, search for housing, bureaucracy and connecting them to relevant partners.

Organizes the RiseUp Summit, one of the biggest entrepreneurship conferences in the MENA region with 5000+ attendees / 12M EGP turnover / 40 employees

• Hired to lead, design and organize the Ecosystem Spotlight track bringing together representatives from 8 cities in the MENA region and promoting their startup communities.
• Planned and curated over 30 workshops, panels & talks including acquisition of and correspondence with speakers, strengthening content offering and enhancing speaker experience.
• Formed commercial and strategic partnerships with corporate and donor organizations funding activities of ≈ 300.000 EGP.
• Conducted focus groups and research identifying educational gaps and needs in ecosystem and verifying content.
• Led a team of 6 to manage main stage during summit.
