During my studies - as well as in my accompanying professional activities - I acquired valuable knowledge and skills in the following areas: food production, operation of food production machines, quality management with knowledge of the various food standards such as ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, IFS standards, BRC -Food standards etc., food safety (HACCP and other standardized measures), international food legislation (especially the European Union), product development, marketing/consumer studies, sustainability throughout the food chain and strategic management. What is important to me in the field of food economics and consumer studies: The field of food economics requires international cooperation as well as experts and specialists who can easily integrate food safety management, have a comprehensive understanding of international food legislation along the entire food chain and comprehensive know-how in the field of marketing. The International Food Business and Consumer Studies specialty helps food business operators address the challenge of meeting specific consumer needs in a more sustainable way. Concepts such as HACCP and the supplementary measures, quality management standards for food safety such as ISO 22000 and other related standards as well as consumer-oriented production are important core areas in the international food industry. In the modern international food business, the integration of the aspect of sustainability is also becoming increasingly important. The aforementioned thoughts and connections are an important part of my 'work philosophy'. With this in mind, I would like to contribute to the success of your company.
