Earned distinction for a research dissertation analyzing Bosch Digital strategy for implementing Business Agility. Conducted an in-depth case study on agile transformation, covering the adoption of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Lean principles, organizational transformation, and the shift to Servant Leadership across global line management. Developed strategic recommendations, insights, and guidelines to assist large enterprises in learning from Bosch Digital agile transformation journey. Highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility during the dissertation journey with Robert Bosch GmbH.

Completed a two-week internship in the IT Mergers and Acquisitions department, actively supporting a large-scale global carve-out project through data analysis, reporting, and project coordination. Gained valuable insights into the complexities of corporate mergers and acquisitions while demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Highly motivated by Bosch’s approach to managing large-scale projects, further fueling my determination to deepen my expertise in project management and pursue further studies in the field.
