

Senior HRBP, HRD, Head of HR
Lead the HR Management and Provide the HR life-cycle service and consulting to both management and employees in the entire European region (Covers Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy, UK, Switzerland, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Serbia, Russia). Mainly focus on:
•Strategic HR Leadership – Develop and implement the European and ATB BG HR strategy aligned with Wolong Group’s global objectives, supporting business growth, integration, and transformation.
•Talent Management & Workforce Planning – Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning to ensure the availability of critical skills across European operations.
•Employee Relations & Engagement – Lead employee relations, labor negotiations, and engagement initiatives, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
•Compensation, Benefits & Performance – Improve and manage compensation, benefits, and performance management systems consistent with market benchmarks and group policies.
•HR Operations & Compliance – Ensure full compliance with European and local labor laws, regulations, and works council requirements, while standardizing HR processes and policies.
•Organizational Development & Change Management – Drive organizational design, restructuring, M&A integration, and change initiatives to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
•HR Systems & Data Analytics – Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS and data analytics to enhance decision-making, reporting, and HR service efficiency.
•Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership – Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, collaborate with global HR teams, and lead the European HR organization to deliver measurable business impact.
• Lead a global HR team of total 9 people for Global Sales & Marketing
organization;
• Guide and manage the overall provision and implementation of Human
Resources services, policies, programs in HR full life –cycle practices, including
areas of, daily staffing, talent acquisition and development; performance
management, Com. & Ben, etc.
• Originates and leads HR objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high
performance culture focused on empowerment, quality, productivity, standards,
and goal achievements
• Lead on New HR Initiatives, Continuous improvement on HR processes &
procedures, and practices;
• Supports management by providing HR advice, counsel, and decisions;
analysing information and applications.
