Progressively advanced from Operations Assistant to Senior Operations Specialist, gaining end-to-end operational ownership across ocean freight workflows. Demonstrated consistent performance in process efficiency, vendor coordination, and exception management, which led to promotion into a Team Leader role overseeing operational delivery and stakeholder alignment.
