  • The store had been without management for quite a long time and the team was with no guidance
  • After analysing the situation and making the much needed changes within the team and mentality, the standards were raised and the targets started to be achieved
  • 6 months later the Berlin Branch started consistently being the NB Store with the biggest ATV and with the highest conversion in Europe
  • Monthly targets are being achieved and the yearly target has already been achieved as well

Cycling, Running, Cooking, Hiking and Meditation

Running naturally led to an interest in nutrition and a healthy diet.  With a vegan/vegetarian diet, my cooking abilities improved, and I convey my passion and travel/hiking experiences through the food. Meditation and yoga, in addition to running, are essential for improving mental and physical strength. Cycling is a hobby as well as a mode of transportation.
