• Since I get in contact with OTD Logistik GMBH, I've been focused on building a strong team from the ground up since our start in June 2023. This meant finding and training hardworking employees who are loyal to our mission.
  
  One of my main tasks has been keeping our drivers motivated to hit their targets consistently. Whether it's through encouragement or finding ways to support them in areas where they're struggling, I've made sure our team stays on track with our goals.
  
  Working closely with the owner, I've helped plan our resources and budget to make sure we can provide top-notch services while staying financially solid. I've also been responsible for evaluating my team's performance regularly, giving them feedback to help them improve.
  
  As the go-to person for any important questions or meetings with Amazon staff, I've made sure our team's voice is heard and our achievements are recognized. And by setting and achieving our KPIs consistently, I've shown that our team can deliver results under my leadership.
  
  Keeping our drivers safe has been a top priority for me. I've regularly checked our fleet and addressed any issues promptly to make sure everyone has a secure work environment. Plus, I've stayed on top of our routes to prevent any potential problems from causing delays.

During my tenure at Fast Parcel GMBH, I underwent a significant transition from a role as a driver to an office position within the same DSP. Over the course of nearly a year, I familiarized myself with the intricacies of logistical management and operational protocols.

Central to this evolution was my immersion in Amazon Logistics' operating system, where I gained firsthand experience navigating its functionalities and optimizing its use to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, my time in the office afforded me invaluable opportunities to engage with fellow drivers, fostering a collaborative environment aimed at maximizing performance and ensuring seamless coordination.
