• Liaise with operatives, depots and clients to ensure efficient physical delivery of all services
• Ensure all operatives are aware in good time of next shift requirements, time required to arrive at depot and also on site
• Receive emergency response jobs and allocate to the TMO and monitor progress of said response, liaise with Hire Desk / clients and/or relevant depot if required
• Ensure all next day/night planning is completed appropriately, and that all information is received by TMO's in good time
• Ensure all TMO's are aware of their next shift start times, duties etc
• Monitor TMO's to ensure they leave the yard fully loaded and in good time to achieve delivery/collection times agreed with the client
• Ensure ideally all Vehicles will arrive at site early, following the ethos, 'We wait for the customer - They do not wait for us.'
• Report any TMO's that fail to achieve or are belligerent in this aspect
• Monitor general traffic conditions and advise operatives as required
• Liaise with the Fleet Manager to resolve vehicle issues and maintain fleet standards
• Monitor driver & vehicle compliance
• Liaise with client when necessary, to keep our client informed of our performance
• Ensure no vehicles, loaded or otherwise are left out unnecessarily overnight
• Ensure all vehicle keys are secure
• Deal with all aspects of your duties promptly and efficiently ensuring at all times compliance to the company ISO quality procedures
