• Researching, recruiting, adaptation and training of cleaning staff (up to 30 persons)
• Providing General cleaning and daily office revision, control of cleaning service providers (25 000 m2)
• Establishing process for the purchase and accounting of goods (more than 100 000 pcs.), related to housekeeping
• Providing company employees with hi-level services

Achievements:

• Trained and mentored all cleaning personnel to maximize quality of service and performance
• Completed schedules, shift reports, and other business documentation
• Developed detailed housekeeping standards to promote cleanliness standards during pandemic
• Implemented an eco-initiative in the company by minimizing the use of plastic dishes and installing dishwashers
• Participated regularly in the organization of customer visits, video filming in cooperation with Marketing Department, different corporate events

• Performing people management activities such as hiring and personnel coordinating, handling regular 1x1 meetings (30 persons)
