• Tracked permanent residents and foreign nationals in detention centers until their release or, in the case of defendants, until their conviction or acquittal.
• With the knowledge of Canadian immigration, judicial and criminal laws, I analyzed their files, in order to possibly issue a removal order, which could lead to a deportation.
• Collected various court documents requested to issue a criminal report that would lead to a removal order.

• Analyzed and updated files of persons living in Canada who did not have a status.
• Met these people, interviewed them and advised them of their rights.
• Contacted foreign embassies, consulates or high commissions to obtain passports and/or travel documents to prepare the departure arrangements for any person ready to be removed from Canada.
