• Coordinated a Welsh Government-funded carbon offsetting project to restore 100 ha of forest and improve the indigenous fruit trees' value chain at Ogongo Campus, Faculty of Agriculture, Engineering, and Natural Sciences, University of Namibia.
• Developed and updated project plans to document objectives, funding and procurement schedules.

• Coordinated, prepared, and presented the annual management plan, and compile the business scorecard for the Ogongo campus, University of Namibia.
• Reviewed reports on employee attendance, productivity and effectiveness to evaluate performance.

• Prepared, delivered lectures, carried out student assessments, and supervised research projects for undergraduate levels.
• Conducted research and community engagements in the field of forestry and natural resource management.
• Participated in curriculum reviews of the Department of Environmental Science, School of Natural Sciences.
• Lectured on various modules (i.e., Nursery Management, Silviculture, Agroforestry, Forest and Veld Fire Management, Forest Products and Services, Economics of Natural Resources)
