I am an accomplished professional with a background in aeronautical engineering and extensive experience in the aviation industry. I successfully established and managed the first Croatian business jet airline, where I served as a pilot and CEO and gained valuable insights into the industry.

Building on this foundation, I have been serving as the CEO of Marsh for the past five years, and since 2023. a CEO of Marsh Mclennan.

During my tenure as CEO, together with my closest team I have led Marsh McLennan to remarkable growth and success. Over the last four years, we have strategically positioned the company to achieve a four-fold increase in revenues. This outstanding performance has propelled Marsh CROATIA to become the number 2 broker in the industry in terms of organic growth in 2022, a significant leap from our previous ranking of number 9 in 2019.

Our portfolio at Marsh primarily focuses on aviation and energy sector clients, allowing us to specialize in these sectors and provide tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Additionally, we have established a strong FINPRO (Financial and Professional Liability) footprint in Croatia, where we have successfully placed 60% of all Directors and Officers (D&O) policies in the country.

Accomplishments

I am the proud winner of HUM CROMA (Croatian Managers Association) annual awards in 2023. The proclamation ceremony of the best business managers and entrepreneurs was held in February 2024 of this under the auspices of the President of the Republic Zoran Milanović.


This is the first time ever any broker was nominated and won the award.
