Projects

Predictive model for risk results of the 70-gene signatures, Leuven ( 11/2020 - 04/2021)

Created a model specifically aimed at predic3ng 70-gene signature MammaPrint® (MP) risk results to better select patients for multi-gene signature testing. The model was developed based on the combination of clinical-pathological features and the outcomes of existing statistical predictive models as input features. The model accuracy was comparable to that of the existing models.

Registration of multiplexed immunohistochemistry images, Leuven (09/2020 - 08/2021)

Developed a pipeline to align/register multiplexed images from different iterations by comparing the efficiency and performance of various registration algorithms.


BioKey, Leuven ( 12/2020 -  02/2022)

Understand the immunotherapy induced changes in the tumor microenvironment, registration, segmentation, feature extraction, clustering, tissue reconstruction and neighborhood analysis.

Airway obstruction detector is a low-cost, repeat use spirometer prototype which is an android application that enables to check the abnormalities in the air column. Android programming.

V-CHECK is a portable commercial device that we made to check the vital parameters of the body. Heart rate, temperature and oxygen saturation pressure are the parameters measured. Device operates by the insertion of a coin.
