  • Provided end-user training and support for all Physicians, Nurses, Clinical Support Staff and Super Users on Epic applications and clinical workflows identifying training related issues.
  • Participated in Go-live implementation providing elbow support for Providers, Nurses and Clinical support staff members for all phases of go-live.
  • Educated and assisted providers with setting and managing Smart Tools, Preference Lists, In-Basket and Result Review related tasks.
