  • In charge of entire project management which included: recruiting entire staff, training staff, implementing company policies and procedures; then supervising store and staff for first two years of business
  • This endeavor required strong communication skills, leadership, time management and task delegation
  • Successfully met all deadlines, and created a well functioning business in a short amount of time
  • Leadership role included being head-of-store and in charge of over 150 employees, including 12 full-time management employees
