• finding exceptional guest speakers with enormous work experience in different countries adding up to several dozens
• use of varied in house software (Bitrix, NextCloud, BlackBoard, adjusted for SPbU's needs), which as an IT driven person, I take the time to fully master, improving my general efficiency greatly
• for mundane and prone-to-automation tasks, I like spending additional time to write my own programs, the main illustration being a Python based program I designed to automatically scrape data that traditionally was hand cleaned for semester reports. Thanks to this custom made program, the reports which took +/- 20 hours per study program (with 3 study programs concerned) are now made in less than 2 hours and without human error
