I am a highly determined, self-reliant and structured professional with 2.5 years of M&A Transaction Services experience including several buy- and sell-side Financial Due Diligence projects for financial and strategic investors. Through my academic and professional education I gathered a profound understanding and experience in the analysis of all three financial statements and in the preparation of bankable FDD reports. I already have personnel responsibility through the supervision of interns for the M&A TS department in Munich.
