• Managed areas of Foundry, Machining and Grinding and Polishing.
• Engaging and developing teams in order to reach company targets.
• Identified and supported hiring of needed personnel resources.
• Identified and supported purchase of needed machine resources.
• Drove improvements across all departments, in order to gain productivity and competitiveness.

• Coordinate process of Production Planning and Control, Materials Planning and Warehouse and Transportation, in order to achieve company targets, and guidelines.
• Support yearly business plan elaboration via correct volume planning, and calculation of needed means and people.
• "Team playing" with all other company management and coworkers, in order to deliver pleasant and safe work environment, allowing thereof motivated teams, and building of strong processes.
• Plan production in order to reach necessary inventory levels, designed to achieve customer expectations in terms of service level.
• Plan internal production in order to supply Assembly on time with needed components.
• Purchase, under defined sourcing conditions, all needed materials to deliver on time, and with optimal inventory levels, to Assembly lines.
• Define and maintain correct materials planning system settings, which allow timely purchase of components.
• Develop activities to support balanced and healthy Inventory levels, aligned with company targets.
• Physically manage components inventory locations, aligned with company demands and defined conditions.
• Implement correct inventory flows strategies, in order to supply Assembly on time.
• Manage inbound and outbound transportation of goods, according to defined contracts or agreements.

Manage Production planning and Control Process.

• Support yearly Budget calculation for people and machine needs.
• Managing plant orders, by turning them into production, and making sure are shipped on time, and according to Central Distribution Centre needs.
• Support and maintain SAP data and implementation.
• Warehouse and outbound transports management.
• Cooperation with process improvement teams.

• Support with SAP implementation at Grohe Portugal.
• Build of basic planning tool for Assembly

• Training at German Plant
• Technical support with plant start-up process, in assembly area, with testing of all new tools and equipment.
• Develop first work and maintenance instructions for assembly equipment.

• Improvement of local Production Planning and Control software.
