• While PM I was project lead and functional business analyst
• The project's aim was to implement a touchless order to delivery system across the European inventory deployment network by 2022, by implementing a new tool in APO for automated stock movements
• I managed the workload and budget of external expert consultants with a circ
• Budget of €800k per annum with project savings projected at €1.2 million per annum
• Alongside this project, I found savings within the demand planning and supply network planning scope
• By providing a focused analysis on the transport vs production costs of each SKU across the network and implementing the suggested changes
• The ‘CONA’ projected over 2million euro saving per annum.

• I was responsible for scheduling, forecasting and ordering raw and auxiliary materials for Leuven
• ABI’s largest brewery in Europe and the famous home of Stella Artios
• Key targets were the maintenance of Core Working Capital of >3%
• Also, through utilizing the robotics pipeline and my knowledge of key systems SAP - ERP/APO, Sigma and AS Info, I was able to automate my process stream by 30%.

Graduate training scheme across the business with my final role managing the health, safety and wellbeing of my team of 40 in goods in and washing.

Achievements:

• Leading the project to optimise yield; 17tn/week reduction in waste
• The introduction of washing efficiency trackers; to set a new washing record of over 240 tonnes of potatoes in 12 hours
• I was ranked 90%+ in the engagement review from my team, the highest performing team manager on site
• The implementation of DRM, which drove KPIs across the department; 6% OEE improvement, training compliance, 11% yield improvement and a 0.8p reduction in cost/pack
