Oversee four OCONUS T-SCIFs, one SCIF and one collateral building performing daily Special Security Representative functions in support of Combined Joint Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) including but not limited to;
o Personnel vetting for access via DISS and Scattered Castles.
o Provide initial and annual security briefings, indoctrination briefings for incoming personnel and debriefings for outgoing personnel.
o Provide Foreign Travel Briefings, Courier Briefings, NDA and other briefings as required for mission requirements of personnel.
Perform multiple security functions daily, including Personnel Security, Physical Security, Information Security and Foreign Disclosure for two OCONUS sites.
Responsible for the re-accreditation of five sites, including the transfer of accreditation of a SCIF from Department of State to Department of Defense OCONUS.
Responsible for the initial accreditation of a previous DOS site transferred to DOD per ICD 705 requirements.
Mitigate and resolve security incidents, including infractions and violations.
Perform COMSEC custodial duties by maintaining classified inventory for two OCONUS sites.
Develop, maintain, advise and enforce SCI policies and procedures for all assigned locations.
Provide weekly briefing updates to CJTF-OIR oversight relating to security matters as well as build-out updates.
Conduct Subject interviews for Public Trust and National Security positions.
Maintain all current knowledge and certification requirements to fulfill the job as a Background Field Agent for the customer.
Compile Report of Investigations (ROI) for submission to the customer on subject interviews based on information obtained during interviews.
Obtain Source testimonies as well as any additional supporting documentation pertaining to a Subject’s case such as criminal records, education records, employment records, residential records as well as any additional applicable testimony for Subject ROI.
Expertise in time management and zoning case load to maximize the amount of Subject and Source interviews as well as collect various background documentation on the Subject to maximize quality case quota requirements.
Responsible for conducting HSPD-12, T1 Suitability, T3 and T5 investigation adjudicative determinations.
Evaluate various applicant pre-employment documents including but not limited to;
Resumes, DA 3433-1 DA 5018-R, SF- 85/ SF-86, OF-306 Declaration for Federal
Employment, Position Descriptions and IRC Release Forms
Criminal Background information such as FBI Fingerprint Records and ALERTs

Prepare adjudicative analytical summaries outlining issues and concerns found in the background
information.
Works independently to systematically set investigative leads and prepare official electronic
correspondence, prepare written findings, adjudications for complex cases and recommendations for various federal agencies of the results of a background investigation upon which a suitability adjudication can be created under 5 Code Federal Regulation 731.
Review and analyze investigative reports outlining possible security concerns in determining whether to grant, deny, revoke, suspend or restrict security clearances consistent with national security and suitability guidelines.
Responsible for providing security through the management of personnel access (to include foreign and domestic dignitaries) to restricted areas.
Make suitability determination via DISS or Scattered Castles for incoming personnel in processed and assigned accesses for individuals on a daily basis including but not limited to; government, contractor, military, foreign personnel and coalition forces.

Reviewing, revise and implement all security documentation as well as memorandums to ensure security compliance. Including but not limited to SOPs, EAPs, initial and re-accreditation packets for SCIF’s and T-SCIF’s.
Make suitability determination for incoming employees as well as visiting personnel via DISS or Scattered Castles.
Take appropriate and immediate action for all security infractions and violations. For any infraction and/or violation that occurs, complete and maintain all reports.
Ensure that all visitors, as well as unclear employees adhere to DOD regulations when entering secure spaces while being escorted to perform required job functions.
Perform fingerprinting of new employees and current employees for their security clearances when required.
Provide annual security briefings, security travel briefs, courier briefings, initial security indoctrination briefings, debriefings, COMSEC and NATO briefings as well as ensure day to day security regulations are adhered to.
Provide daily security advisement to personnel and management pertaining to security matters to ensure DOD, NSA and DIA policies are adhered to.
Strong capabilities in conducting research to create and develop reports and materials to deliver in professional briefings as well as multimedia presentations.
Identify indicators and risks to provide more accurate threat activity to help guide incident response operations.
