• Designed and successfully handed over several projects, including Flowline jobs in the AGT region and various non-Flowline tasks. As a customer, I participated in Flowline FAT with control system vendors ABB and Emerson, witnessed new added well logics in PCS and PSD/ESD systems, and checked trip functionality against Cause & Effect (C&E) diagrams.
• Developed Scope of Works for control system vendors and prepared construction work packs for the field construction team for multiple offshore projects.
• Reviewed design documents, including loop drawings, Cause and Effect drawings, instrument data sheets, IO schedules, and cable block diagrams, to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Started by leading the construction punch team, handling daily issues that were left over post-construction. My responsibilities included:

• Assigning daily tasks
• Planning for each team member
• Offering technical support for any inquiries.

Within six months, my role expanded to managing the installation team alongside the punch team. During my tenure, we made notable progress in the Carbamide and Urea section of the plant, and we also completed the successful handover of the urea conveyor system to the customer.

• Commissioned and started up four Solar Gas Turbines and two Sulzer Gas Export Compressors, and successfully started up the SDB platform as part of the TANAP/TAP project.
• Conducted loop checking for both analog (Hart) and digital (Field Bus Foundation) control systems, ensuring their functional integrity and accuracy by comparing results with project specifications, vendor documentation, Instrument Loop Diagrams (ILDs), I/O schedules, and data sheets.
• Configured and verified settings for ranges, alarms, and trips on HMI/UCP graphics, ensuring alignment with the most recent revisions of I/O schedules, data sheets, and alarm trip schedules.
• Conducted comprehensive testing of on-skid fire and gas systems and addressed control system discrepancies between I/O panels and the control room, ensuring system integrity and operational efficacy.

• Conducted trips to the drilling rigs to calibrate control and measurement equipment, ensuring each system's accuracy and reliability in line with operational standards.
• Performed daily checks on all control and instrumentation devices on the platforms to maintain optimal operation.
• Developed and implemented weekly, quarterly, and annual maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted operation of platform equipment.
